“Piet” or jungle vine grows prodigiously in Laos. Khummu ethnic communities use the vine to make bags for carrying tools, wood and foraging in the forest. The vine is also fashioned into basket straps and straps. Piet is versatile (dress it up or down), eco-friendly fiber is strong, durable and lasts.
